He and his team grew the business organically from 4 trucks to over 50 by 2020. Jonathan’s passion is the thrill of starting and growing a new venture. He also enjoys consulting others to do the same. He is thrilled to be a part of Freshman Orientation and the Linehaul Summit.

From my 2002 graduation in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, I jumped into sales and engineering automation in North Carolina before returning back to the southern Indiana area in 2005. I have a wonderful wife, 4 amazing children, a very large and supportive family, and a terrific work team. My personal motto is lead by example, try not to accept “NO”, and rid your known definitions of the word “Can’t”. Delighted to be on the faculty and to serve the FedEx Ground Linehaul community with the idea that we can all work together to make life smoother and end results more fun to obtain.
John first got into the linehaul space nine years ago when a friend bought a linehaul business and asked for his help making sense of the info he was getting from FXG. A few years later another contractor saw the software he’d built, and HaldiTech was born.
John’s a graduate of Duke and lives in Atlanta with his wife and two dogs. When he’s not working you’ll find him on the golf course or flying a small plane just for fun.

Square One Recruiting
My name is Jessica Meadows.
You know the cliché saying “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life”? Well, that’s recruiting for me. I come from a sales background and never really enjoyed selling objects that weren’t a necessity to the customer. Don’t get me wrong, I was good at my job, but I wanted to do more.
Enter recruiting. I was presented with the opportunity to work for a contractor in Nashville, TN, as the Director of Recruiting and instantly fell in love with the job. I was selling careers to those in need and ultimately bettering the lives of them and their families. Over the past 8 years of recruiting within the FedEx network, I have created a system that works, every time. Thus, the idea for Square One Recruiting was born.
Tyler enjoyed a 17-year career at FedEx Ground from early 1991 through 2007 in various operations roles including LH/Hub Manager and Managing Director within FedEx Ground. Tyler is passionate about relentless support and providing an Industry best experience through REL, our vendor partners and the services we provide.

Dave started driving trucks in Florida when he was eighteen years old. After spending 4 years in the Navy, he worked in various capacities on racing teams. At the end of 2002, the racing world was in a big decline, and Dave decided it was time to look for new opportunities. Now 20 years later with 130 employees and 95 semi tractors we have been blessed more than I deserve. I have an awesome team of drivers and staff that do an amazing job everyday providing excellent service to FedEx Ground in Indiana, Florida and Dallas, Texas. My wife Denise and our kids live in Indianapolis.
Jim and his wife Suzy joined the ranks as FedEx contractors in 2015, when they bought an existing linehaul operation in Erie, Pennsylvania, and renamed it Vorzik Transport.
Prior to FedEx and after graduating with a degree in Mathematics from Duke University, Jim enjoyed a successful 22 year career on Wall Street, where he built multiple businesses in fixed income and corporate credit with JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Barclays Bank.
Since 2015, Jim and Suzy have more than tripled their FedEx business, mostly through organic growth, and have attracted a great team including two national truck driving champions and a runner-up 2020 Lytx DriveCam Coach of the Year.
